2. Service Description

Deutsch Kumpel is an AI-assisted German language learning and translation tool designed to assist learners with authentic conversational German, colloquial slang, media clip transcription, pronunciation shadow training, and spaced-repetition flashcards.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Includes core spaced repetition, curriculum flashcard packs, and standard AI deconstructions supported by non-intrusive advertisements on the web platform.
• Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Club VIP): Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited conversational chat, deep audio pronunciation diagnostics, custom deck generation, and an entirely ad-free experience.
• Billing & Renewals: In-app mobile subscriptions are managed by Apple Inc. (via the App Store) or Google LLC (via Google Play). Web subscriptions are processed via secure payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel anytime directly through your device's subscription management screen or account dashboard.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass rate limits, or misuse the AI translation and speech APIs. You may not upload abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content to the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services, including AI translations and grammar explanations, are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for linguistic precision, artificial intelligence outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid Monks, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
